Holiday Craft Cocktails from Ampersand 節日精調鷄尾酒

想要節日多一份情調與快感,不如親手調製一杯鷄尾酒,爲家人和賓客帶來驚喜!
位於溫哥華島Cowichan Valley的釀酒厰Ampersand Distilling Co.堅持使用BC省種植的小麥,當地有機農場的泉水,以及親手採摘的植物釀製出的杜松子,伏特加等烈酒,在今年在全國釀酒比賽中獲得多個獎項。其團隊特別推出幾款精調鷄尾酒,並分享其配方,希望為大家帶來節日的快樂。

Godmother

配方:
1.5盎司伏特加酒Per Se Vodka
½盎司安摩拉多(Amaretto)

做法:
倒入裝有冰塊的岩石玻璃杯內。


Canadian Campfire

配方:
1¼盎司Nocino!
1盎司黑麥威士忌
¼盎司檸檬汁
兩滴Angostura苦味酒

做法:
將配料與冰一起攪拌,然後過濾到一個有著大塊冰塊的岩石玻璃杯中。然後將檸檬皮擠壓出油滴在上面即大功告成。


Nocino! Alexander

配方:
2盎司白蘭地
1盎司Nocino!
1盎司重奶油
½盎司醣漿(1:1)
磨碎的肉荳蔻

做法:
將配料混合在充滿冰的搖酒壺中,猛烈搖晃。 倒入冷藏後的高腳鷄尾酒杯中,最後用肉荳蔻末加以裝飾。


Gin Pal

配方:
1盎司杜松子酒Ampersand Gin
¾盎司苦艾酒Imperative Dry Vermouth
¾盎司金巴利Campari
兩滴Angostura苦味酒
檸檬皮

做法:
將配料與冰放入雞尾酒攪拌器中攪拌,倒入冷藏後的雞尾酒杯中,然後倒入檸檬汁。
